The Flag
The current Flag of the Empire of Austenasia was designed in 2025 by Andrew Musgrave.
The design is based upon the original Austenasian flag created by Jonathan Austen in 2008, retaining the fundamental design and symbolism established by Austen while incorporating revisions and refinements introduced by Musgrave for the present version.
The artwork for the current flag was released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) licence, permitting its use, reproduction, and adaptation subject to the terms of that licence.

The Coat of Arms
The new Coat of Arms were commissioned by the Musgrave Administration for the reign of Emperor Aggelos I Augustus, with the intention of providing an updated heraldic representation of the Empire during his reign. The commission formed part of the Administration’s wider review and modernisation of Austenasian national heraldry while maintaining continuity with the Empire’s established heraldic traditions.
Following the end of Aggelos I Augustus’s reign, the Coat of Arms continued to be used during the subsequent Commonwealth period and into the beginning of the reign of Emperor Johannes Karl I Augustus, pending the adoption of new arms for his reign.
The artwork was released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence, under which Chris Ramsay is identified as the author of the work.

Logomark
The Austenasian logomark was originally designed in 2015 by Tarik Karjasari and has since been used as a recurring element of Austenasian visual identity, including in the branding of government institutions and official publications.
The original design was subsequently modified and refined by Andrew Musgrave, with changes made to its proportions, presentation, and overall visual form. The present logomark therefore remains based upon Karjasari’s original concept while incorporating later revisions introduced by Musgrave for contemporary official use.
